Keep calling my elderly mothers house, when answered no one speaks, then it hangs up within 5 seconds.
Did 1471 and called them back, got a recorded message saying that it was a company called "new day ltd"
No one at my mums house has any dealings with new day ltd and the number is ex directory so I don't know why they keep calling. -

I asked what the call was about. Man said call was about finance. Wouldn't let me know any further information until I went through security questions! I said you phoned me so you must have my information and he said yes I have got your address but I need to go through security questions first. He asked for my date of birth and I said I can give you my postcode and house number and he said that is not enough. I said well who else would know that and answer my mobile?!? I said I wasn't prepared to give them that information. Several numbers including this one are phoning me 3 or 4 times a day from early in the morning until 8.25pm! I'm fed up with these continues calls, help how can I stop them calling me?

Santander just won't listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. They are wrong when they claim to have the right to call you whenever they like to. Report them and they will all have to stop this annoying nonsense.

Basically..I had dealings with them because I skipped a £10 payment on one of my store cards..they keep phoning me up to 3-4 times a day.. Anything more than twice a day is harassment. The past few times I answered the phone though.Noone said a word.. I am furious because I paid my card off days ago and they still trying to terrorise me with their unpleasant calls.
