   very strange company, i ordered of eBay and sender was sure it was coming via royal mail so y r these saying cant deliver on Tuesday when i aint got no parcel with them, they never answer the phone, its a cost trap, dont beleive any text they send u unless u are really sure it is getting delivered by them.

   Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn't in. Have tried to call, no answer. Have filed out their online form only to have it closed twice with an automated email saying I signed for it. I don't know if they delivered it or if they did i don't know where. Shocking.

   DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER - If you need to find out where your parcel is call the seller that sold it to you as they will solve the problem, I was left hanging on for over 30 minutes and they just hung up! This phone call will cost me more than the item I ordered on eBay!

   Help line??? Left on hold forever... no response or help... google the depot you are recieving from and ring the local phone number instead, much more success ;-)

   Got a text saying "parcel will be delayed"
   
   Found out one here it was UK Mail and went on to their website and tracked the consignment from there. No need to ring them up.

   i was given the number by ann summers head office, as they do all our deliveries, i just wish it was cheaper, my package was misssing and its cost me £11 to chase it!

    i bought from dinners warehouse and they entrusted the package to uk mail. package did not arrive but when i called i was in a long queue or the phone wasn`t answered at all. i made some dozen calls and got through three times. not a firm to deal with.

    Got a text message about a delayed delivery which I was expecting on the Thursday. Called the number and they let me know it would be delivered on Friday.
    
    Might not be a cheap line but is legitamate and i wasn't on hold for more than 30 seconds

    Have been receiving texts from this number - thank goodness I googled it ! But UKMail DID leave a card at my door saying unable to deliver parcel.
    I am just off to collect from my local delivery point... I will challenge them about the texts and feedback any news

    I received email regarding delayed deliver on 2 consecutive days. Didn't call as something felt wrong. 6 days later I thought I'd google the number and as it transpires it's a cost trap. Don't phone it. If there's genuine reason, a company will always get back back in touch.

    Expecting delivery from Amazon and received text message saying 'Your ILG order SA1100306 has experienced a possible delay and we might not be able to deliver on Tue. Please contact Customer care on 08451554455'.
    But Amazon's NEVER sent such a text before, so it's probably a scam.

    txt asking me to call stating there was a problem with my delivery on 2 consecutive days. I didn't call as wasn't expecting a delivery and checked out the number on line which confirmed probable cost trap.
