This was a call from First utility whom I am a customer with for my electric and gas. They were quite persistent with their calling into I finally spoke to them. They were trying to hook me into a new tariff. It then got a bit frustrating, they said they wanted to tell me about their new tariff as mine was due to expire. I agreed as this was the case. However the lady refused to tell me until I answered the security questions, one of which was my address. I explained that I did not see the relevance of giving this information out just to be told of a new tariff, then that was that they would not continue and I was told it would be sent in an email.
