    Received a nasty voicemail from someone at this company accusing me of leaving them on hold and then the conversation becomes muted for the rest of the 2 and a half minute call. My phone didn't even ring! Can only assume he hung up from someone after they left him on hold and then he rang me by mistake. I'm pretty p'ed off about this!

    This is Scottish Power - ring the complaints line 0800 400 200 then listen to the options (I did 4 then 1). I spoke to nice man who logged my complaint and my number will now be removed.

    Rung me asking to speak to me about my gas and electric bills. i have never had an account with Scottish power! i don't even pay any bills at my mum and dads house!
    When i told them this, he asked for a number to contact my parents on!!!! NO CHANCE!! wouldn't accept my refusal to talk to him, kept asking when he could ring me again to speak to my parents....on my mobile i might add!

    Constantly ringing me on the mobile and home land-line phone. Persons wanting to changing your existing gas/electric. They ring and speak to you, you tell them "NO, THANK YOU!" then another member of the team ring you with the same questions. Keep telling them that people have already rang about this and we are not interested.
