Text and calls via mobile saying fraudulent activity on my account. Thought it was scam at first but then checked with my bank branch. Confirmed it is genuine number. Fraud stopped, account safe excellent service from bank - unusual these days!!!

Calls my mobile every hour.
The automated message claims to be from Natwest Fraud Dept.
They ask for credit card details and other personal information although I'm not a customer of Natwest!
Nivag replied 12/1/14, 7:24 PMBanks always say that they'll NOT ask for such full details over the phone. Beware in general - this number is Natwest's anti-fraud line I believe however.

Seem very genuine.told me there had been suspicious activity on my account.didnt ask for any bank card details & i believe this was a genuine call.it didnt cost me as they rang me.i had an identical incident a few months ago & that was genuine.
