Santander's automated fraud alert number - I'd just changed a payee's details on my internet banking and this number called my mobile within 2 minutes, asked me to confirm a few details then confirm the change I'd made was genuine. Pretty good service really!

I received an automated call from the number 08453 550064, asking me to phone this very number where then another recorded message asked me questions regarding security. In the end, they informed me about an unusual internet transfer I had just set up and wanted me to confirm it.
