I got the same message "you've paid £12.00 for 3 Vids from FunPass" on my phone and stupidly called the 'Helpine' which is the premium rate number above.
After a ten minute argument, I realised that I'd fallen into their trap and hung up.
I would never have got caught this way with an email, but I get texts all the time and I just didn't think!!
