Had the bloody cheek to call at 08:25 this morning saying doing survey about smart meters for Scottish Power who no doubt gave them our number. Not happy at that and told them so and not to call again. Been up for hours but at that time of the morning we think its a family emergency. Surely wait until after 9am?

Left a card at my house for meter readings gas and electric as I was out when they called ,tried to leave them online via there website but this was down so phoned this number on the card that was left to give them my readings and was billed £1.48 on my phone bill as this is a service number , yep that right folks £1.48 for me to do their job for them, next time ill ignore the card and let them return later to read the meters
