Twice this number has called me and today I listened to silence for 30 seconds asking if anyone was there and if they were, they could at least breathe down the phone.....
My number is ex directory and I have not given it out, so how they got my number to call me, I don't know.

Called this evening. The 1471 actually gave the number as, '0000448717050158' which initially made me think it was from overseas. I then realised what it really was. I asked who it was; they get 2 seconds now before the phone goes down which is what happened.
