son of david replied 9/15/14, 3:43 PMHi Polly, once your phone is registered it goes into a directory the same as house phones but unfortunately you cannot go ex directory on your mobile, these companies trawl the directory and pick out numbers at random, unfortunately yours, mine and thousands of others are now in their phones database so the only thing you can do is add them into a reject list on your phone, although it doesn't stop them ringing off another number it does give you peace for a week or so....Ava replied 11/7/14, 7:15 PMI have a theory on these people. Quite a few calls from this number; caller display also shows 'unavailable'. Since moving house with this new landline number/address (PlusNet, allegedly automatically x-directory?), I've received quite a few nuisance number calls. My old home BT landline was x-directory for 15yrs and I never had this problem. Someone down the house sale/purchase line has sold me down the river... will try to get blocking information..

In a very thick accent described themselves as a survey company but refused to answer any questions I asked. I hung up I've been phoned eight times in two weeks by them and I'm now going to blobs their calls now I've found this website

Been rang by this number on Viber on 3 occasions. I got to the point I blocked them..they then rang me on my normal phone contact so i turned tables on them and told them I was a premium rate number and they would be charged at £5.00 PER MINUTE to accept their call...They promptly hung up and I have not heard off them since...One thing I did check and that was i also received a text from a simular number and I as the receiver of the text got charged £2:94..my network supplier notified me of this when I queried my bill...They then gave me a pass number to block texts from the rogue company. ...

Someone from "Verso Company" who knew my name and old address - they asked me what local newspaper I read and how I old I am. I gave refused to give them any information and kindly asked they don't call again. She said "you won't recieve any calls but you sound young, how old are you?" ... I hung up.

At least 2 calls a day from this number. First call I took they introduced themselves as a survey company. Knew my name, I wouldn't give any details and asked where they had my number from. Since the initial call I have 2 calls a day, they hang up as soon as I answer.

This number called me today, I couldn't understand what was being said although I did hear them say my name and 'don't worry' however they then hung up! It sounded like a busy, noisy office in the background. My advice, do not answer/respond to calls from this number.
