I have had persistent calls over three months from this number. To be fair it shows as 020380... rather than +4420380...so may not be British source. More than likely a SIP phone number based in whatever country is appropriate to their activity. This number now blocked, but got many more calls after blocking it. Through being busy I have never actually answered it, but I have no foreign business, so it will be a scam for sure. My phone system notifies me of an incoming call with the words "Spam, Spam, Spam". Fun. Hope this helps.
