Calls from 07311892687 are associated with Impersonation Scam Caller - Expert Opinion
Based on multiple user reports, this number, +447311892687, is a definitive threat, consistently flagged as a highly deceptive impersonation scam. Callers falsely claim to represent reputable organizations such as Sky, O2, or housing authorities, using pretexts like 'saving money' or 'discussing issues' to engage potential victims. The reported difficulty in understanding the caller and quick shifts to non-English conversation are common indicators of a fraudulent call center operation. This type of vishing (voice phishing) aims to trick individuals into divulging personal or financial information, ultimately leading to a 'cost trap' where victims could suffer identity theft, unauthorized charges, or direct financial loss through deceptive offers or demands.
