Got a text from this number stating I owed money for a parking ticket. Clicked the link to check (lol) & the website fully replicates the GOV UK website for parking fines.(so spread the word to those oldies because it would be an easy trap to fall into) I didn't put any details in obviously, but rang the council just to check because I did have a parking fine ages ago, and second guessed myself thinking I didn't pay it haha, anyway, the council said they never text anyone about fines. So yeah, do not trust this numberrrrr!!!! SCAMMMM
