A man asked for person who pays phone bills, I told him they're not in until 8.30pm then I asked what they wanted!? I was told that our line rental was due to go down in price by a large amount! I didn't tell them that we're NOT with B.T. will be interested as to what happens next, if they were really B.T. they'd know we're not with them!
