Got a call from this number and they claimed to be from TalkTalk. The informed me that there have been reports sent through the internet to them that there were problems with my computer. They asked me to log in to my computer and they would be able to adjust the settings on the computer. At this stage I told them that I work in IT and that I will not be logging in to my computer as this not how it is done. I was then asked to do one more thing "Go F@*k yourself" he said and then hung up. I guess he didn't like being found out. I should have played along with it and wasted more of his phone call and time so that he didn't try this same scam on someone else. It has been reported to Talktalk. Very strong indonesian accent and clearly reading from a script. Please let other people know about this scam especially the older generation.

this caller (asian sounding) asked for me by name then asked for my wife by name. when asked twice the reason for the call. he said it was from TalkTalk & it was about the router. we put him off for now as we were not sure now we know it is a scam. we have received 2 other calls last 2 days (the number 01213141516)1st not answered. 2nd call was terminated when i answered the phone
