I've found I can play at their game.
I ignore ALL phone calls because I know who and when are calling me. I always check a few minutes after the call, and if there is no message left, I know its a scam. If there is a message, I delete it before I have heard more than 2 or 3 words.
This has worked for weeks now, and it makes me laugh because they are wasting their time and money, not mine! Ho, HO, HO.

Obvious "new boiler" scam, possibly from America but English accent on the recording. I just leave them on the line until they cut themselves off. Boring.
