Said I had a virus on my computer and they could cure it, I told them they were bloody scammers,very hard to understand also, don't answer the Divs.

Caller claimed to be from Windows service department and claimed I had been hacked. He asked me to switch on my computer which I pretended to do. After three minutes of talking I admitted that I had not switched on my computer and had been wasting his time as he was a scammer, he then called me a F***ing Ba****rd and put the phone down.

Rang to talk to me about my "Windows machine" when asked how they knew I had a Windows machine, the women said that I had registered, when I told her I didn't have a Windows machine and she was cold calling, she just repeated "f*cking lady" down the phone at me. When demanding to speak to a manager about her behaviour she hung up.

Caller with very broken English said he was calling from Microsoft and my computer had been hacked and he would help sort it out, I said I would get my IT team to look at it and he got angry and said it was not a joke my computer had been hacked. I cut the call.

Receive calls from this number at least once a week, foreign sounding voices, telling me I have a virus on my computer. Today at 11.05 was told the same thing, so I said yes I know, that's why my computer isn't here, it's at my local computer specialist. "Oh no ma'am ... We are the people to do this, we are Microsoft, please collect your computer and we will call you back". At this point I put the receiver down. No doubt they will ring back. I will be ready for them!!!
