Asked if I was Mrs Carman. I answerd "no, never heard of" in broken English and kept only saying "no, don't know" with "know" pronounced as "no" as well (both to cover up the fact that I'm fluent in English as well as having heard you should never answer anything affirmative to such a call as they'll twist your words and charge you money).
She then proceeded to say "Good cuz dey ar wanded by police, very well nown in Amsterdam" and " I know it's you Mrs Carman". She got very rude when I stopped answering and hung up really suddenly when she heard my voice recorder start (had to grab a second phone for that). Her last words were "Do you know about a lost wallet, hello, hello, can you answer me Miss Carman?!"
My advice is: Don't answer, don't call back, don't give your name or anything. Seems very fishy.
