"George Bird" with a foreign accent phoned to say I was owed over £1000 from a TSB loan from 2005. (We never had one). As I kept asking details (he was quite difficult to understand) of how he had found these details, he asked "Are you deaf?" and made other rude comments before putting the phone down.

Called to talk about a PPI claim, when I know 100% I didn't have PPI on a loan. Very polite until I stated I really wasn't interested and was then told to "F*CK OFF then!" What a delightful telephone interaction

They called and asked for the name of person who owns the telephone line (me) by my full name. When I said 'She is not home right now, can I ask who is calling?' (This is how I get rid of telecommuters). The lady on the phone replied "My name is Bella, I am her friend from 91 Dell Road." - I do not know a Bella who lives at 91 Dell Road, So I just replied 'Ok, I will let her know', And disconnected the call.
