Anrufer mit englisch-indischem Akzent erklärt, dass ein MS Zertifikat abgelaufen sei. Als Beweis, dass er von Microsoft ist, sagt er einem die eigene Lizenznummer durch, die man prüfen soll. Bis hierhin klingt das alles plausibel. Danach wird die Fernwartung eingeschaltet und es meldet sich ein Techniker-Kollege per Pop-Up... Dann soll man für den Service 99,-- € bezahlen um die Verländerung der Lizenz durchzuführen. Am liebsten hätte man es, wenn man die Überweisung mit eingeschalteter Fernwartung direkt am PC macht.... Bloß NICHT! Wenn man tiefer fragt, was der ganze Unsinn soll, bekommt man zwar gute Antworten (für ein verkäufer-Training geeignet), aber letztendlich will man nur an die 99,-- € kommen. Als ich sagte, ich habe keine Kreditkarte und überweisen würde ich auch nichts, hat man mich allen Ernstes zur nächsten Postbank schicken wollen wo ich die 99,-- € dann auch hätte einzahlen können.... Vollkommener Schwachsinn! Spätestens hier sollte jeder merken, dass hier nicht Microsoft dahinter steht.... ALSO: Vorsicht, Falle!!!
