calls made to my number at all times of the day, when attempting to dial back get a message stating the line does not accept incoming calls, telepest in my opinion

Calls made late at night and early Sunday morning, most of the calls are silent and cant call back to tell them to stop. Had 21 calls since 11th March at all times.....have contacted OFCOM about the silent calls.New day are harrassing me and a serious nuisance....avoid this company.
They bought out some credit card/storecard work from Santander so I'm stuck with them harrassing me...AVOID New day if you can.

Ringing me a 8.45 pm on a Friday night then doesn't speak when I answer the phone! What the hell sort of company is this?
