   This name is not known and we've had this call several times about the same time of day

   Constant calls asking for a named person who does not live at this address. I managed to speak to a person to notify them of their error and was promised I would receive no further calls. 2 months on still getting multiple calls per day

   I called this company and they said Red Services but when I asked what they did they refused to explain. I am concerned they may be cheating perhaps its an identity theft effort as any respectable company s proud of what they do. One that is very cloak and dagger cannot be good and many acts of fraud occur these days and I was careful and did not provide personal data but how many victims are there who just answer the questions from miscreants trying to defraud them.

   It seems I am not alone then!
   
   I have been getting up to THREE MESSAGES A DAY for a couple of weeks on my landline from RED SERVICES (this seems to be the name they are going under at the moment).
   
   They are asking for a man's name (which has varied slightly twice) and leave the same reference number. It's always an SMS message or a recorded message. I've lived here, with the same phone number, for 5 years and brought this number with me from a previous address as well.
   
   The first number begins 0845 (I didn't write it down), the other number is 01133086104.
   
   I called them 2 hours ago to ask for my number to be removed - five minutes ago ANOTHER SMS has been left on my landline.
   
   So - I call them a second time - "oh, I can see the number has been removed, don't know why you're still getting calls from us. All I can do now is put your number on a 'stop' list, other than that, if you still keep getting calls from us I don't know what I can do" Oh, VERY helpful!
   
   I asked them what sort of company Red are, I was told "I can't divulge that sort of information, you can find us online though".
   
   Any ideas what I can do to stop these calls or who to report them to? 3 a day is just getting beyond a joke.
