The caller requested to speak with the homeowner and mistakenly addressed me by my wife's name. The person sounded intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and became agitated when I accused them of being a scam. After some research, it was evident they were part of a utility scam. The caller persisted in calling back repeatedly to harass us.
