My Dad received this automated message that somebody was going to visit our home. Whilst my dad may be gulable to such calls I was suspicious and googled the number and I found a couple of sites complaining about this. I've yet to read anything where somebody has actually come face-to-face with some 'bailiff' so I'm eager to call this a scam. The thing is though, we changed number a few months back and we've been receiving calls from other companies/people asking for that same person who used to have this number so maybe its for him too?

Have been called virtually every day by this company for the last month. As they keep leaving the same message and reference number but not who they are trying to contact. I will be contacting OFCOM to make a complaint of harrassment.

This company has been attempting to contact me daily for the past 6 months. They insist Mr. Aaron Mitchell owes money and unless Aaron replies an agent will visit his home unannounced! My name is NOT Aaron Mitchell!
Recently a live call came in unfortunately answered it and the call centre, sounded like it was Indian based insisted I contact the company, motor Mile Finance. How can I stop these idiots from calling? I have archived almost every call they have made to my phone!
Bugger if I am going to ring them and explain. I do not intend to get into an argument and if this is a premium rate number I could be throwing money away. -

Constant harrassment calls from very dubious finance company, making demands and threatening home visit. I don't know how they got my number, but they don't know my name or address. Absolute nuisance, shouldn't be allowed.

This number has been ringing me at all times of the day for 6months now.After checking on here I have never answered it and I have my answerphone turned off.
They shouldn't be allowed to harass people like this.
Take note people and do not answer these calls.Shame I can't block it like on my mobile.Craig replied 7/15/14, 1:16 PMI might be wrong but you should be able to contact your mobile phone company and they can block it from calling you if you cite harassment as the reason. The phone companies CAN DO THIS as I managed it as my mum was getting these calls on a daily basis -

We changed our phone umber a few months ago. These people keep calling, despite me telling them months ago the person they are looking for has never lived here. Now they keep sending recorded messages asking us to phone a prime rate number to make an appointment for a door step visit. Sick of it now I am an OAP

Called me today and left a voicemail saying they need to arrange for an agent to visit my home. I've never heard of them before, don't own/rent a home and have never had a loan from anyone, ever. I also don't live (and have never been anywhere near Leeds). The best of it is, they called a VOIP number that forwards to my landline and was only activated yesterday. Block them if you can.

I am being phoned a minimum of 9 or 10 times a day by these people. Add the constant texts and this lot are truly persistent. I have had NO dealings with them previously - they just suddenly started texting me, then the phone calls started. Not so sure its an automated thing as I hung the phone up 4 times on this number before answering the 5th call (in the space of 1 minute!) and shouting "F**K OFF" into the phone - not received another one so far
