114 calls for a person unknown to me.I have never been in debt I think that we should fill their details in all companies that want to phone you back to sell you something. I.E. estate agents,solar panels, insurance, double glazing,cavity wall insulation, insurance, etc.

This number has bombarded my home with calls asking for a man with a Greek name for months. I have finally emailed them today telling them if I get one more recorded call (its a robot voice) I will take them to OFCOM and trading standards. I suggest everyone else does the same.

The message said this is a message for Kelly Amanda Peel please call 01133510050 Mon -thurs 8am-8pm, fri 8am -6pm and sat 9am-pm (i do not know this person, not known at this address) They keep on calling saying I have 7 days (bit like scary movie 3) then a week later they ring again saying i have another 7 days.

Much the same as all other comments. I have lost count of the number of times they have phoned to speak to someone who is not known to me, my phone number is ex directory. So how and why have they phoned they must be a suspect company and if they are debt collectors they are not in the least efficient!

I paid off a debt with these idiots over a year ago (original debt for payday loan) they have now started chasing me for the same money again. Trying to communicate with them is like headbutting a brick wall, have complained to FSO about them.. Totally unprofessional and a shoddy way to run a business.

after being harassed for months, and never receiving proof of the debt as requested, i contacted trading standards, here is there responce, i urge everyone to contact them to complain and get the parasites closed down - Your rights and obligations:
For a consumer to be obligated to pay a debt there must be evidence of a contract in place between that consumer and the trader/finance company. If this is not the case then the consumer cannot be held responsible for someone else’s mistake or debt.
Furthermore if you refuse to pay the trader the only way they would be able to enforce this debt would be by issuing civil court proceedings against you. At which point it would be reasonable that they be able to demonstrate that they have a valid reason for not only pursuing you but for taking court action.
Your next steps:
If you have already attempted to request evidence of the debt then the best thing to do in this case would be to ignore any future correspondents from the trader. In addition to this, if the trader is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) you may also wish to report their actions to them. You can contact the FCA on – 0300 500 8082.

These ring me all day and night recorded voice mail saying to contact them I don't owe them or even no them ...they even send me we can give u a discount on your debt by text ..and threaten to come out ever week this has gone on for nearly 8 months...these hassle and hassle and need to be stopped how do u go about it..are they allowed to do this hassle you and hassle you ...

i do not owe this company any money. they have called my mobile at least 3 times a day for the last ten months. at first i tried to answer the call but upon answering the line goes dead. ive tried to block the number but they still get through to answerphone and i currently have 36 unheard messages! they are pests!!

Keep getting calls from this number. I pick up the phone and someone says 'hello', I answer 'hello' back and it switches to a recorded message regarding an unpaid debt (not mine) and a future visit from a collector. I hope they send someone around - my Alsatian would love to meet them!

They have been ringing me every day and I work nights. They woke me up at 09.01am I answered the phone and I went through to a person he asked me for security details I asked what company I am speaking to. He told me motor mile finance. He said for security can you tell me your name and I turned round and said you have already got it and I'm not telling you my name as I don't know who you are. He got very aggressive and told me they will just send round the bailiffs and put the phone down on me. I have never even had motor insurance!

MMF - Motor Miles Finance - based in Leeds. This set of morons buy up outstanding depts from other companies that have given up chasing for them. Even if they contain the wrong info. Most of the depts are coming up to the date where they can no longer be chased. (Beyond 6 years old) They are a 'third party' collection agency. They cannot send in the Bailiffs. Or take you to Court. Or even "We'll send someone round to collect the money". It is a breach of their license. Unless you invite them to do so. Wonga got into trouble for breaching their license last month. These A-holes are the bottom of a very dirty barrel.
Report their breaches of OFT guidelines to Leeds Trading Standards (their local office). Take an hour to do a little research easily available online and in forum message boards, email trading standards and a copy of it to MMF telling them they've been reported.
Don't back down to these dirty liars who'll rob anyone to line their own pockets. Stand up for yourself and have the knowledge to back it up.
