   Claimed to be doing market research on behalf of M&S bank, when I asked how they'd got my ex-directory number they hung up on me. Nuisance call.

   Have had 4 calls from this company asking to speak to my partner, would not give me any details saying that they could only speak to him, we are also ex-directory and to be honest they are beginning to become a nuisance, will not be answering anymore calls from them.

   they said they were doing some research about my payment methods for my BTL mortgage Mortgage express/bradford and bingly. asked a few questions and then said i wasn't suitable so terminated the call. afterwards, felt a bit odd so was looking them up.

   called my ex directory number. When asked where did they get this number from they refused to say saying it was because of DATA PROTECTION. Refused to speak any further with caller.
