   Called asking to speak to the person who looks after our energy account. When explained they weren't in the office and he should send any information that's relevant via email, he then asked for the email address which I didn't want to give to him if he didn't already have it. He started to get really aggressive, asking if there's some kind of problem as to why he can't get a simple email address and kept interrupting me. I asked if we already have an account with you, you can send it to the associated address and then he hung up abruptly. Rude and pushy.

   Cold caller claimed to be from an energy company and had the audacity to be rude and slam the phone down when politely told no one was available to talk to him.

   Cold called to try and persuade me that my charity was allegedly eligible for a CCL rebate - which it is not. Caller was even ruder to me than I was to him!
