I have just received a call on my mobile from Bethany Ellis at Alpine Solutions. She was polite and sounded professional. She wanted details of my recent car accident of which I was an innocent victim. I asked where she got my details from given I was registered on TPS. She put the phone down without a word. I have reported her. Luckily I was at work and had a pen and paper beside me to write down her name and company

Caller called mobile phone - came up as a Sheffield Code 0114 - not expecting call but local to Chesterfield so answered - pause appeared to be connected elsewhere and a female spoke giving a name (sorry can't remember) but said the company as Alpine Accident Solutions. They had been given information that I had been involved in a no fault collision. I told her I did not want to make a claim and she was insistent in re-asking a couple of times. I cut the call off. For information all Sheffield numbers are 0114 and are then followed by a 2.
