called wanting to do an energy assessment. I told her I wasn't interested and asked if she was selling double glazing. she insisted that she wasn't selling anything and that she just wanted to do a free energy report on my windows. I asked her what she was selling and proceeded to tell me that she could offer me a great discount.I asked her, a discount on what?! and she put the phone down on me. The purpose of these calls are to phish for personal information. Do not give them any information and block their number.

samuria energy, windows, they wanted to arrange a survey on my glass, i told them that i was not interested in having new windows, and she said they was not selling windows, they just wanted to do a free energy assesment on the glass and that someone would call me to make an appointment, 15 mins later the phone rang and it was someone wanting to come and test my glass with the options of having new windows, when i said i did not want new windows even if my glass failed the test he said no point in coming and will cancel, then the day later another phone call from samuria asking why i canceld my appointment, when i told her about telling him i did not want new windows she just put the phone down on me, no manners, no customer relations, they are just out to sell new windows, and scam people thinking that you will save a fortune with there special glass, dont be taken in by these,

This company has been calling my elderly vunerable neighbour since last year. I have lost count of how many times I asked them to take her off the call list. Reported to TPS seemed to stop for a while and has now started up again. Turned away 2 salesmen in last couple of weeks. Since Sept they have called her 9 times.
A person with Dementia is not going to answer your questions correctly that you ask. She can't remember what day it is never mind if she has control over her own finances !!
Vile disgusting company let's hope no one treats a member of your family like this. You should be ashamed still contacting her after the many requests to stop !! -

Female caller from Energy Assessors UK (?) regarding energy efficiency in the home. I replied that our number is ex directory and TPS registered, so they shouldn't be calling us. This number also rang a few days ago, and I blocked it, but it still got through this time. Blocked again.
