call from this company to tell me i had a problem with malware and that I needed to have his help... told him I was 84 and i havent bought my computer yet...totally confused him told me he had a british name but obviously asian.... I wouldnt trust this company with a bus ticket let alone a computer.... BUT THEY KNEW OUR NAME HOW IS THIS

Called saying they were local radio and I should choose 3 songs. I asked how he got my number, he replied I had been selected (???!) So I said I had selected to register with the Telephone Preference Service and if he calls my number again I will report him :) We'll see...

As above, kept calling telling me myy computer has been sending microsoft errors and to log on to a web address.
Tried playing him at his own game and told him i use an apple so what is he on about. Asked him to send it in writing to me, but they can not do that, it is all online. He then hung up!! -

Fed up of this person constantly phoning. Complete pain. Does not ask for anytone but says that he needs to speak to householder very urgent as computer is now being hacked. Asks for personal details and says he can help with hackers and unbloack window problem. Told him to sod off but English is not good and doesnt understand.
