Indian accent caller. Asked to speak to Paul Smart (the guy whom lived here before me). I told him he didn't live here anymore so the caller said "Okay what's your name then." To which I replied "why would I tell you my name?" He then hung up. I'm pretty sure they called last week too.

A man with an Indian accent who said he was checking my full name, address, phone number, marital status and age range, at which point he assumed I am retired, which I am not. He spoke politely, but at times was indistinct and I did not have a clear idea of the purpose of the call, which I cut off before we had reached the end. He had just said that there were two remaining questions on his sheet, and I could hear him turning a sheet over. This makes me think he was actually in India, not Nottingham. After I put the phone he rang three more times consecutively, but I did not answer.

Man with a deep Indian accent phoned. Very polite, but didn't properly explain why he was calling, nor what the name of the company was, only his name was 'Paul'!? He said he had a few questions to ask. He gave my address and phone number, but then he asked if I was retired (which technically I am not). So I started to ask why was he asking these questions. He only said that he was checking details for a data company. But I told him, that if he already has these details, why was he calling. At this point he started to talk across me, and his tone became more aggressive. I told him I didn't want to answer any further questions, nor provide any more details, and hung up.
