Scammers calling random numbers by software asking about a traffic accident that you may have had.
If anyone receiving the call says YES to the automated voice, foreign sounding people tell you that they work with the police and UK courts to get you £3000 per person guaranteed. They say they work with the police and the "RTA department' which is a made up name to attempt to get your car reg.
Thieves and scammers do not answer the calls.
