Lady who says she is called Molly from Silvershine Services an wants you to provide details on an accident in the last 1-2 years. On asking her a question however realized I was talking to a VERY convincing robot. I realized and then had fun asking a few questions which were not on the script and which results in the system going back to the first introductory sentence. This is worrying as I realized it was a robot but it is so realistic that older people may actually think they are talking to a real person. This type of thing should not be allowed.

Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist. Asking them to remove your number just results in the person you're speaking to ending the call. Reported to ICO
