Holly Baldwin Silverstone services - calling about an accident I was involved in, in the last 2-3 yrs. I asked which accident (I haven't !) to which she asked me to confirm IF I had been in an accident.

Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had.
Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department.
When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down.
Shame, I was just getting warmed up. -

Answered and said hello? Then Hello again and she said “Hello this is Holly Baldwin from Silvershine services”, I didn’t recognise the name or company so cut the call off straight away due to the automated voice recording. The number I received a call from was 0116 273 0671

Avoid them like the plague.
They reported that they got their information that was false from Road traffic accident - whoever they are?
They hung up on myself 15+ times and would not put me through to a complaints manager despite giving 5 different and false names.
