Foreign sounding female voice appeared to be reading from a script card as unable to answer simple questions about the purpose of her call. Kept referring to an incident that she said was declared on my last insurance renewal - there was no incident. Some sort of scam.

Very rude man from the 'Motor Insurance Team', (don't believe that for a minute), Demanded to know why I hadn't ticked a box to say that I'd had an accident on my last renewal form. I pressed him for details in an attempt to wind him up and he got more and more aggressive and finished off with a tirade of abuse when I called him a scamming k**bh**d. And no I haven't had an accident.
