   Rang, following up sending out a brochure I had requested. very polite & courteous. I explained I wanted to wait until into next Spring Time as I have to decide whether to 'Sell the house & Move', or 'Stay & Improve'. Asked me whether I would like a call back then, I said yes!

   Like many other people, I requested a brochure and have now been bombarded with calls without leaving a message. So annoying. I have now sent them a message and also blocked them on my phone. This type of aggressive marketing really puts you off, even if it is a reputable company.

   I clicked on their website for more info when wanting blinds, now they won't leave me alone! Call 4-5 times a day and it is really irritating, despite me asking to be removed from their call lists.

   Always calling back and then when you answer it hangs up. Get upto 4 -5 calls per day. I had an appointment and cancelled several months ago, they wont stop calling.
