Called from 'Microsoft technical department' doing normal check-ups on computers. An Indian sounding lady who went by the name Maria D'Souza. She said she's of Indian background and she started working at Microsoft 1 month ago. She says she's calling from Reading, postcode RG6 1WA. A quick check on google maps revealed that this was the address for Microsoft UK Headquarters. I checked the area and asked her about the major roads around this postcode. She said she didn't know because she'd only started the job 1 month ago after coming from India. I asked her to verify that there's a lake, Marks and Spencer, Co-op and Waitrose nearby. For all 4 she said yes. There's only a lake and M&S nearby so I confronted her and she eventually hung up.
