This number left an automated message on my phone giving me the option to 'opt'out' or have my payment plan refunded. It did not say what payment plan which could lead you to try to find out more. Do not go through these numbers if you think you have a case. Go direct to the bank or financial ombudsman. You will probably get paid a lot more. Good job I don't answer 0119 numbers without investigating.
