   Marketing from someone claiming to be in reading. said he was my "local energy service". He said our property had been involved in a government scheme. I told him to take my number off the call list at which point he hung up!

   appears to be a local Bournemouth number but clearly isn't a genuine caller as did not leave a message

   Recorded voice message of a guy saying he's calling from "your local energy advisor" and "he understands that I am the homeowner, is that correct"
   
   They cut the line off when I told them they called an office.
   
   I will be reporting this number to the TPS and Ofcom

   So called marketing 'survey' (hence, not selling anything) about energy saving, loft insulation, quite pressing and assertive before I hung up
