Missed call. Called them back. Answered unprofessionally 'Hello..' wouldn't tell me who they were, very evasive. The guy said 'it's illegal to call them on a withheld number' Obviously an idiot. Made up a name and postcode then he said they were 'NRG'. It was about loft insulation and of course how they would be in my area tomorrow.
