Received a cold call on this number from an "Pension Report Company", asking if I had a pension frozen and if I could tell them the name of company it was for and when. Naturally, my alarm bells rung.
The caller claimed that I'd contacted them requesting a report, which was completely untrue. I told him I had definitely NOT contacted them but he was insistent that I had – via a 'competition website' – and when I quizzed him further he said it was through something called 'UK Prize'. What a load of rubbish! How do these people have the audacity to make these lies up?
I'm not sure what they have to gain by trying to persuade people into giving them personal details, but be warned: DO NOT give these people any personal information for an alleged 'free service'. Callers like these should be banned and fined! -

After picking up no one says anything and after a few seconds is applied. When calling back, I heard that it should be a pension service who calls me again.

On the 3rd attempt I gave in and answered this crazy caller and when I did all I heard was "you have been called by the Pension Report Service, we will call you back." and hung up - how is that? I am reporting you for bringing on my senior years prematurely with this madness.
