The calls, 01204954774, claiming to be from EE Sales & Promotions raised immediate red flags. Offering a 30% discount, the caller insisted on confirming an email address, yet failed to explain why EE would need that information. A follow-up call, from a different individual, repeated the same offer but with no clear company identification. When asked to confirm basic customer details, the caller couldn’t provide them. The inconsistencies and evasive responses indicated the call was highly suspicious, leaving no doubt it was a scam attempt.

    A caller claimed to be from EE, offering a 30% discount for timely payments and asked for an email address. When questioned why she needed it, considering EE already had all the necessary details, she couldn’t provide an answer. Minutes later, a different woman called with the same offer but failed to identify which company she represented. When asked to confirm the recipient’s name, she admitted she couldn’t provide it, further confirming the suspicious and likely fraudulent nature of the call.
