Indian sounding voice saying her name is Tracy Brown or (any other English sounding name) from Microsoft claiming your computer has a problem with its security, in turn passing you on to another phone operator to correct the problem, who will advise on allowing them to install programs to gain access to your computer, which is malware in disguise. The sting is to get credit card details either directly or from your computer. The problem is twofold as phone companies should be actively policing people trying to commit fraud against their customers through using their networks as it is on their property the attempted crimes are perpertrated.
