Caller appeared to me female but I belive it was a pre- recording or computer generated voice reading from a script re accident claim. When I asked her to repeat the company name she ignored me then I asked if she was human or a machine the reply was YES then NO they rang me on my mobile

This number keeps calling mine and asking (or telling me Ive been in a car accident) iIts a real person, as soon as you say no (politely) they just hang up. Ive asked before to take my number off there system but they dont. When you try and call back its a dead tone. A Very rude call in my opinion and how can they block you calling back?????
