Very rude people!! They have called me everyday and every day I have asked them nicely to take me off their data base - they all plead ignorant saying this is the first time they have called. They kept wouldn't listen when I told them I haven't been in an accident. I asked for their name and told them if they keep harassing me I will report them - she wouldn't give me her name and then hung up on me!

This is a Birmingham number - I received a call on my mobile from this number today. I rang back from a work landline and a recorded message announced "Thank you for calling Auto Assist. One of our agents tried to call you earlier unsuccessfully and will call you back. Alternatively, dial 1 to be removed from out list" Hmm. I'm registered with TPS but doesn't seem to do a lot of good. A Google search failed to come up with anything specific about a Birmingham based Company by this name. take my advice. Block it.

Called me today on my mobile, telling me that they were conducting an investigation into a 'non fault accident' I'd apparently had in the last few years (??) where I was uninsured.(I have never been uninsured!) I asked the woman to clarify what company she was calling from and she refused, saying 'No, no, no. I'm calling you about your uninsured accident . . . ' - hung up, but the number called back 90 secs later. Obviously didn;t take the call, and won't in future
