   Called claiming to be from EDF, I brought up the fact they previously called claiming to be British Gas, we had a dispute.

   Said they were from the meter reading department and our meter was incorrect and had been billed incorrectly. couldn't confirm account number, couldn't accept a call back, accepted the date of 31st September to call us back (Ha Ha Ha). I said I had checked the number and said that it looked like he was calling from Scottish Power - apparently that is one of the MRC trade marks. Stroll on buddy!!
