   It seems to be a possible police download of another number, which collects data of all contacts . I have no business with legal and General. Media BBC has reported data breach by police. They obtain your details via someone you know- illegally. They should be seeking a warrant before confiscating phones as the data is personal. Now look random unknown number calling, not even advertiser. I do not live in Birmingham .

   They called up and wanted to speak to me about the warranty for my Sony TV. I said that'd I'd never owned a Sony TV and that they'd must have got their information wrong!

    First call was just dialling tone. Second call lasted a couple of seconds, could hear call centre background, but no-one spoke. I will not answer if l see their caller display number.
