Called me and knew my surname and obviously my number and offered free of charge a new boiler if I had an old boiler "4 or 5 years old. I am a heating engineer and that is not old for a boiler. Yes a new boiler could possibly be more efficient but 5 years is still not old for a boiler. Put the phone down
