   Website design from India. They use details from domain registrations (but these calls never identify where they got my mobile number).
   
   Silly thing is I manage hundreds of domains and do website design myself.
   
   I use a spare Android nobile with call blocking to dump any unknown numbers direct to voicemail so it costs them for every call, and guess what, they never leave a message!
   
   With 4 calls in 2 days it also seems like they will keep trying and not cut their costs.

   Oddly he called on my Skype number. Appears to tracking recently registered domains although he didn't get my domain's name right. Sounded as if the call came from India. Easy to get rid of.

   Must be selling something as when I answered the phone there was no-one there. Eventually I could hear something coming to the phone so I just hung up. Too busy to wait for them to be bothered to speak.
