Lauren Hayes from Adept Consultancy Services - showing no caller ID on my mobile but found this from Google. I politely told her that I've had several calls now, and that each time I have advised that I haven't had a car accident for several years, and to please remove me from their database. She persisted in asking "when that accident was", and I again politely told her that I haven't had an accident for years and to please remove my number. She then hung up on me!
